Founder of the Firm, he has been a Chartered Accountant and Auditor since 2005. He supervises the areas of Financial Planning and Management Control, as well as the area of company crisis and company recovery plans. Specialized, in particular, in the banking restructuring of corporate groups. He has twenty years of experience in the corporate restructuring of groups subject to asset prevention measures. Since 2010 he has been involved in "Financial Communication" or puts companies in contact with the traditional and innovative banking system (Fintech) making them speak the same language. Silvana has been part of the Studio Giampaolo e Associati team since 2019, where she holds the role of Coordinator in charge of the Subsidized Finance Area thanks to twenty years of experience in the field of European reporting and planning with particular reference to subsidized finance for SMEs. He collaborates with the "Corporate Crisis" sector of the Firm, personally dealing with Advisory activities in over-indebtedness procedures pursuant to Law 3/2012. Giulia holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Palermo and is a chartered accountant. He collaborates with Studio Giampaolo, performing the role of Senior Financial Analyst since 2018, mainly carries out assistance activities for companies and groups of companies aimed at creating management control and corporate planning systems, both financial and tax. He has deepened his knowledge in the field of accounting and financial statements thanks to previous experience in accounting and tax consultancy firms. Within the Firm, she is the coordinator in charge of the M&A area and extraordinary operations. He has gained considerable experience in the field of acquisitions, sales, transfers, mergers, demergers, transformations and liquidations. Furthermore, he deals with operations to recompose the company crisis pursuant to Law 3/2012, being Crisis Manager at the Court of Palermo.
